Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block I, Maketu Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land and has been used by the public as a public road and has been formed, improved, and maintained out of public funds:
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 18 Te Puke No. 1 Block; coloured purple.
1 2 13 Te Puke No. 1B 5B Block; coloured red.
Situated in Block I, Maketu Survey District. (Plan 15390, red.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2193, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2688, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of May, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Heretaunga Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 23·5 perches.
Adjoining Sections 133 and 191, Town of Westshore, and Crown land.
Situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District (plan 1092, green).
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/108c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2686, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of May, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Purua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
