THE RADIO PUBLISHING COMPANY OF N.Z., LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE RADIO PUBLISHING COMPANY OF N.Z., LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given of the following resolution made by an entry in the minute-book of The Radio Publishing Company of N.Z., Limited, on the 26th day of March, 1934, and signed by the necessary number of shareholders holding the requisite number of shares, and taking effect as a special resolution under section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908 :—
"That, as National Magazines, Limited, has now acquired the ownership of all the shares in the company and National Magazines, Limited, is desirous of having the company's assets and business transferred to it as a going concern, resolved that for this purpose the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. GEORGE GORDON HEIGHWAY, of Wellington, be appointed Liquidator with authority to complete a transfer of the assets in specie to National Magazines, Limited."
Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of April, 1934.
