At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of
March, 1934.

P URSUANT to the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies
Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
doth hereby incorporate the members of the Kakaramea
Sports and Agricultural Association and such persons as shall
hereafter be admitted members of the said association agree-
ably to the rules of the said association and the provisions of
the said Act into a body corporate under the style and title of
"The Kakaramea Sports and Agricultural Association."

Officers authorized to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

P URSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and
declare that the persons whose names are set out in the
Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown
holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively
in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive
statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first
section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Revocation of Warrants defining Timber-cutting Areas.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

WHEREAS by Warrants dated the nineteenth day
November, one thousand nine hundred and two, an
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth d
of November, one thousand nine hundred and two, and t
twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hund
and ten, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the th
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten, cert
blocks of land in the Hauraki Mining District were defir
as "Warden's timber areas" and "Land Board tim
areas" respectively : And whereas it is expedient to rev
the said Warrants.

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powrs
and authorities conferred on him by the Mining Act, 1926,
and of every other power and authority enabling him in this
behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand doth hereby revoke the above-recited
Warrants.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 29th day of March, 1934.

IN pursuance of section 4 (1) (b) of the Local Government
Loans Board Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-
General has been pleased to appoint the following persons
to be members of the Local Government Loans Board for a
further period of one year from 1st April, 1934 :-

Appointing the Sole Member of the Central Licensing Authority
in Terms of the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, and the
Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 5 of the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, and
section 14 of the Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933, I,
Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby
appoint for a term of one year from the date hereof the person
described in the Schedule hereto to be the Chairman and sole
member of the Central Licensing Authority for the purposes
of the said Acts, and I do hereby revoke as from the date
hereof the Warrant dated the 27th day of February, 1933,
appointing the Chairman and members of the Central Licensing
Authority in terms of section 5 of the Transport Licensing Act,
1934.

Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by section 2 of the Transport Law Amendment Act,
1933, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do
hereby appoint, as from the date hereof and for a term
expiring on the 31st day of March, 1937, the persons named
in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Transport Co-
ordination Board under the Transport Law Amendment Act,
1933, and do hereby appoint Sir Stephen Shepherd Allen as
Chairman of the said Board.

Welfare Officer.

Welfare Act, 1925, I, Robert Masters, Minister of Educa-
tion, do hereby notify that on account of the undermentioned
person having ceased to be a member of the Public Service
her appointment as a Child Welfare Officer made by me
under section 2 of the said Act has been revoked as from the
date hereof.
