LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the lessee’s copy of memorandum of lease No. 5589 affecting 4·08 perches, more or less, being parts of Section 55, Town of Gisborne, and being all the land in certificates of title, Vol. 16, folio 4, and Vol. 44, folio 289 (Gisborne Registry), whereof RALPH FREDERICKS and THOMAS WILSON, both of Gisborne, Grocers, are the registered lessees, having been lodged with me together with a surrender of the said lease 5589, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such surrender of lease without the production of the lessee’s copy of the said lease on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of THE OFFICIAL ASSIGNEE IN BANKRUPTCY of the property of DUNCAN MACKELLAR, of Cromwell, Timber-merchant, for 33 poles, more or less, situated in the Town of Cromwell, being Section 8, Block XLV, on the map of the said town, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Crown Grant Register-book, Vol. 43, folio 108 (Otago Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said Crown grant, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
