SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Allotments 31 and 32, Town of Buffalo, Block VI, Coromandel Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked Mines N. 6/4/2, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of January, 1934.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Street Land in the Borough of Taumarunui taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and which is no longer required for such purposes) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Taumarunui Borough Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1 acre 3 roods 6·5 perches.
Being railway land in Proclamation No. 3658.
Situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Borough of Taumarunui). (S.O. 26850.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86444, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Altering the Boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, in the Waimairi County, bounded by a line commencing from a point on the southern bank of the Waimakariri River, being the north-eastern corner of Rural Section 14216; thence generally in a westerly and south-westerly direction along the southern bank of the Waimakariri River to a point opposite the southern boundary of Rural Section 539; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Rural Section 539 and the production of the said boundary to the Great Northern Railway Line; thence north-easterly along the eastern side of the said railway-line to the south-western corner of Rural Section 18057; thence easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of the said Rural Section 18057 to the south-western corner of Reserve 2364; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Reserve 2364; thence southerly, easterly, and northerly along the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Rural Section 14308; thence easterly along the southern boundary of a further portion of Reserve 2364 and Rural Section 10754 to the western bank of the Styx River; thence northerly along the western bank of the Styx River to the eastern boundary of Rural Section 17167; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Rural Sections 17167 and 14216 to the point of commencement: the same being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86436, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1933.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Maunganui Bluff–Te Puke Section) and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41, of the fifteenth day of the same month, taking land for a portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Maunganui Bluff–Te Puke Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the area of 3 roods 16·7 perches mentioned in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of December, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river-diversion purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.
