A APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by HIS MAJESTY THE KING as lessor under lease No. 9103 of the block called Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64N, being all the land comprised in Provisional Register, Vol. 138, folio 48 (Auckland Registry), of which FRANCIS AUGUSTINE PARKER, of Pio Pio, Farmer, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the 9th February, 1933.
