Land proclaimed as a Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 1·57 \ Land in Conveyance No. 19580, and known
0 0 0·58 \ as the Wellington Botanic Garden.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86545, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Mount Albert described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86468, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land set apart for the Development of Water-power (Arapuni Scheme) in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Arapuni Scheme), and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 29 perches, being Section 33, Ngongotaha Village.
Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1933.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block I, Kongahu Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Granite Creek Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block I, Kongahu Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Granite Creek Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Granite Creek Road, situated in Section 97, Square 152, Block I, Kongahu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of 12 chains, more or less, and passing in, into, through, or over the said Section 97, and terminating at its junction with the said Granite Creek Road, at a point opposite the south-eastern corner of the said Section 97; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and water-courses: all in the Nelson Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86613, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 3 roods 3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rangitoto-Tuhua 68c Block.
Situated in Block IX, Pakaumanu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66031, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1933.
