The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932.—Notice of Cancellation of Award.
In the matter of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1926, and its amendments, and in the matter of an industrial dispute between W. Parkinson and Company, and others, applicants, and the Auckland Stonemasons and Monumental Workers’ Industrial Union of Workers, respondent.
WHEREAS the Conciliation Commissioner, by notice under his hand dated the 4th day of December, 1933, has notified the Clerk of Awards that a settlement of the above-mentioned dispute has not been arrived at by the Council of Conciliation appointed for the hearing thereof, notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 7 (4) of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932, the Northern Industrial District (except Gisborne Judicial District) Stonemasons and Monumental Workers’ award, dated 17th May, 1929, and published in Book of Awards, Vol. XXIX, page 226, is deemed to be cancelled and ceases to be in force on the expiration of one month from the date of the Commissioner’s notification to the Clerk of Awards as aforesaid.

Protected Anchorage for Yachts and Launches.
(Previous Notice No. 66 of 1916 hereby cancelled.)
THE Auckland Harbour Board notify that the boundaries defining the protected anchorage for yachts and launches are as follows: Commencing from a position at the end of the small yacht jetty near Geddes Basin, Onehunga; thence by a line along the foreshore in a northerly direction for a distance of 1,550 ft. to the intersection with Captain Street; thence by a line in a westerly direction for a distance of 750 ft. to the intersection of the sewer and Captain Street; thence by a line in a southerly direction along the sewer extension for a distance of 1,500 ft.; thence by a line in an easterly direction for a distance of 1,400 ft. to the starting-point at the end of the small jetty near Geddes Basin.
