In the case of scrap iron or steel, for each loading or unloading performed by
the Department irrespective of whether cranage is provided or not, the charge
will be 1s. 5d. per ton.
- Stud Stock for Breeding Purposes.
By adding the following :—

Any vehicle used on the homeward journey in excess of the number used
on the outward journey will be charged for at the appropriate rate. -
Rate on Butter and Cheese.
From the third line in the first paragraph delete the figures 175, and insert
in lieu thereof the figures 246; and from the first column under the heading
“miles” in the same paragraph delete “175 to 340,” and insert “246 to 340.”
- Haulage, Handling, Sorting, and Transhipment Charges.—Port Stations.
By adding to paragraph 1 the following :—
(f) In the case of scrap iron or scrap steel, for each loading or unloading
performed by the Department, irrespective of whether cranage is
provided or not, the charge will be 1s. 5d. per ton.
