Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for historic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be an historic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 29 perches, more or less, being Section 1423r, Block B, Otakou Native Reserve, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-east by a public road, 102·2 links; on all other sides by Otago Harbour, 480 links. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/654, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1933.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Takahue Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 5 acres 1 rood 26 perches.
Being portion of part Lot 3B, D.P. 2899, being portion of O.L.C. 214.

Situated in Block I, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27185.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86473, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1933.

Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 2 roods 29 perches.
Being Section 33, Ngongotaha Village.
Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1933.
