EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.—CHILD WELFARE AMENDMENT ACT, 1927.
IN pursuance of the power vested in me by section 6, subsection (1), of the Child Welfare Amendment Act, 1927, I, Robert Masters, Minister of Education, do hereby notify that the premises set forth in the Schedule below have been registered as from the date hereof as a Children’s Home for the purposes of the said Act.

The Methodist Children’s Home and Orphanage, “Epworth Home,” 10 Grange Road, Mount Eden, Auckland.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of either of the said persons shall be issued and that no postal packet addressed to either of the said persons (either by his own or any fictitious or assumed name) or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
