	Dannevirke ..	Newsprint	45s. per ton, including delivery at Dannevirke.
	Stations Papatawa to Takapau inclusive	Class D	45s. per ton.
	Stations Marakeke to Port Ahuriri inclusive	Class A .. ..	80s. per ton.
		Ice-cream, packed ..	70s. per ton, which includes delivery at Hastings within the area specified by the Department. Small lots pro rata. Minimum charge, 2s. 6d. Consignments may be forwarded by express or mail train when space is available in the guard's van.
	Hastings	Salt, common, in bags, n.o.s.	34s. 6d. per ton, including cartage from wharf to rail at Wellington and delivery at Hastings within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf. Minimum quantity, 6 tons per four-wheeled wagon.

Small lots of goods of Classes A, B, C, and D from Wellington to stations Opaki to Port Ahuriri inclusive will be charged pro rata at the local or classified rate (as the case may be), instead of under Regulation 71, General Scale of Charges; minimum charge, 2s.

With the following exceptions, goods consigned from Wellington to Pahiatua, Woodville, Dannevirke, Hastings, Napier, or Port Ahuriri, and charged at the classified or local rate for Classes A, B, C, and D, will be delivered within the areas as determined by the Department in that behalf.

Exceptions: Pianos, plate glass, motor-cars in cases, household removals, aeroplanes, boats, empty tanks, creamery and freezing vats, theatrical luggage, scenery, show exhibits, side-shows, contractors' plant, all vehicles, fish, any package exceeding 7 cwt. in weight or 20 ft. in length, and packages involving special cartage arrangements.

Benzine, kerosene, and similar oils will not be delivered at Dannevirke.

This rate is exclusive of the Wellington Harbour Board's transhipment charges and such other charges as may be incurred in respect of the delivery of such goods into railway wagons at Wellington.
Kaiwarra ..	Shannon .. ..	Hemp for reconditioning ..	20s. per ton, including delivery at Shannon within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf.
Ngahauranga ..	Wellington ..	Tallow and pelts .. ..	3s. 6d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 3 tons per four-wheeled wagon. Owners to load and unload.
Petone, General Motors (N.Z.), Ltd., Private Siding	Auckland or New-market	Motor-vehicles which can be loaded on a four-wheeled wagon	£7 15s. 7d. each when conveyed by special train. Minimum number to which this rate is applicable, 45 motor-vehicles per train.
