Auckland New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington Fruit or vegetables (produce of New Zealand, Cook Islands, or Niue, or imported), by express or passenger train at the option of the Department Class D. Minimum quantity, 6 tons per consignment. Owners to load and unload.
Auckland New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Hastings, Napier Imported fruit or vegetables by goods and mixed trains 54s. 7d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 5 tons per consignment. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or at Class D.
Auckland New Plymouth Fruit or vegetables (produce of New Zealand, Cook Islands, or Niue), by express or passenger train at the option of the Department, in less than 6-ton lots Double the rates specified in para. 5, Reg. 85, General Scale of Charges.

Small lots of goods of Classes A, B, C, and D from Auckland or Newmarket to stations Rukuhia — Te Awamutu (inclusive) will be charged pro rata of the local or classified rates, as the case may be, instead of under Regulation 71, General Scale of Charges; minimum charge, 1s. 6d.
