In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE ZEALANDIA SOAP, CANDLE, AND TRADING COMPANY, LIMITED (AND REDUCED), a company duly incorporated and carrying on business at Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 23rd day of September, 1933, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £75,000 to £37,500 (such reduction being effected by payment to the shareholders of the company of portion of the paid-up capital and by the creation of reserves as set out in the petition filed herein) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above statute was registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 26th day of September, 1933. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—

“The capital of The Zealandia Soap, Candle, and Trading Company, Limited, is £37,500, divided into 75,000 shares of 10s. each instead of £75,000 divided into 75,000 shares of £1 each, and at the date of the registration of this minute each share is to be deemed to be fully paid up.”
