ELECTION OF A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION BOARD, VICE J. T. CARR, ESQUIRE, RESIGNED, TO REPRESENT CONTRIBUTORS BELONGING TO THE POST AND TELEGRAPH DEPARTMENT.

RICHMOND HAMILTON BROWN, Supervisor, Telegraph Engineer’s Office, Wanganui, being the only candidate nominated for the above election, I hereby declare him to be duly elected a member of the Public Service Superannuation Board to represent contributors belonging to the Post and Telegraph Department.

Education Reserve in Wellington Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington, 5th October, 1933.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., on Wednesday, 15th November, 1933, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908, and amendments.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

Town of Hunter ville.

SECTION 56 : Area, 4 acres 10 perches. Upset annual rental, £5 13s.

Improvements.—Improvements included in capital value consist of felling and grassing. Improvements not included in capital value, and which have to be paid for in cash, consist of fencing valued at £7.

This section is situated on Waitipapa Road, about 300 yd. from the business area of Hunter ville. Approximately 1 acre of the section is flat and the balance hillside. It was originally bush but is now felled and grassed. The soil is of heavy clay loam. Hunter ville Town water-supply is available.

Form of lease may be perused and full particulars obtained from the undersigned.
