DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between EMILY MABEL WATKINS and DANIEL CHARLES WARD, carrying on business as Garage-proprietors at Paekakariki, under the style or firm of “Watkins and Ward,” has been dissolved as from the 14th day of October, 1932. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Emily Mabel Watkins, who will continue to carry on the said business.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the registered office of the company, 29 Stafford Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 26th day of October, 1932, at 4 p.m.

Business.

Laying the final account of the Liquidator before the meeting in terms of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908. Authority to sell by the Liquidator of 80 fractional shares in the Nokomai Sluicing Co., Ltd., held by the Liquidator as trustee for certain of the old shareholders, and giving authority to the Liquidator to divide the proceeds, pro rata, among those shareholders entitled to same.

The purchaser of the 80 shares of £1 each will have allotted to him 176 fully paid up shares of 5s. each, cum rights, in the Nokomai Gold-mining Co., Ltd.
