A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the roads and portions of roads in Kawakawa Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 12th day of October, 1932.

Crown Lands set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 52 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Sections 1 and 5, Block XI, Tairua Survey District, and described as follows:—
All that area, containing by admeasurement 42 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east and east by a public road along the left bank of the Wharekawa River; towards the south by Provisional State Forest No. 71 (Gazette 1920, page 924); and towards the west by State Forest No. 36 (Gazette 1897, page 756), a public road along the right bank of the Parahaka River, and again by State Forest No. 36.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a public road; towards the south-east by Provisional State Forest No. 71 aforesaid; towards the south-west by a public road along the right bank of the Wharekawa River; and towards the north-west by Section 2, Block XI, aforesaid (Provisional State Forest No. 71, Gazette 1931, page 3130).
And also all that area, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 16 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north, east, and south by a river-bank reserve along the left bank of the Parahaka River; and towards the west by State Forest No. 36 aforesaid.
As the same are more particularly delineated on Plan No. 29/25, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 15291.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto.
