IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Geraldine and Opihi Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Aongatete Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and do also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

Amending an Amending Proclamation setting apart Land as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of that month (hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”), certain lands in Blocks I and II, Ngatapa Survey District, Gisborne Land District, were set apart as a provisional State forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918:

And whereas by a Proclamation dated the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the Gazette of the ninth day of that month (hereinafter referred to as “the amending Proclamation”), the said Proclamation was amended by substituting the Schedule to the amending Proclamation for the Schedule to the said Proclamation:

And whereas an error was made in the Schedule to the amending Proclamation by describing the area of 628 acres shown therein as Section 5, Block II, Ngatapa Survey District:
