NOTICE is hereby given that the COMMERCIAL BANK OF AUSTRALIA, LIMITED, proposes temporarily to remove during renovations from premises situated at No. 6 Wellesley Street, Auckland, to premises situated at Nos. 62–64 Queen Street, Auckland, from 5th to 19th October, 1932, inclusive, and that from the latter date the business will again be transacted at premises situated at No. 6 Wellesley Street, Auckland.

“ That the Auckland Milling and Afforestation Co., Ltd., go into voluntary liquidation in accordance with subsection (b) of section 220 of the Companies Act, 1908, and that RONALD K. WYLIE, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE ALEXANDER PARRY, ALFRED JOHN BANKS, and RODERICK DONALD McLEOD, carrying on business in Oamaru as Taxi-proprietors under the style of “ Red Band Taxis,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
All debts due to the said firm are to be paid to the said Alfred John Banks and Roderick Donald McLeod, and all accounts owing by the said firm are to be paid by the said Alfred John Banks and the said Roderick Donald McLeod, both of whom will continue to carry on the said business on their own account under the name of “ Red Band Taxis.”

Annual Statement.
I, HARRY WILLIS, Manager, do solemnly and sincerely declare :—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £1,500,000 divided into £1,500,000 shares of £1 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 1,500,000.
- That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been made, under which the sum of £1,500,000 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is £8,175,328 3s. 4d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is £8,171,857 19s. 10d.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration is £3,470 3s. 6d.
