Note.—The salaries and rates of pay as set out shall be subject to reduction, on the same scale and in the same manner as salaries and rates of pay were reduced under the provisions of the Finance Act, 1931, and the National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932—i.e., 10 per centum under the Finance Act, 1931, plus a further reduction of 5 per centum, 10 per centum, or 12½ per centum, as the case may be, under the National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932.
