consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Waiharara Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Mangonui County Council
to be the Waiharara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at twelve o’clock noon, as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Kaitaia, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
John Penny,
Alexander Finlayson McKenzie,
Herbert Johnson,
Ernest Vincent Ellis,
Richard Howard,
Edwin Harry French, and
Alfred Whittaker Thompson
to be the Tokirima Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tokirima Soldiers’ Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TOKIRIMA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement a total area of 57 acres 3 roods 22·1 perches, more or less, and comprising Section 39 and portions of Section 23, all being in Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, the boundaries of the said sections being more particularly described as follows:—
Section 39: Area, 18 acres 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north by part Section 23, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1045·3 links; towards the east by the said part Section 23, 1372·1 links; towards the south by part Section 24, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1651·4 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1500 links.
Western portion of Section 23: Area, 37 acres 0 roods 6·1 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Tokirima Road, 1492·2 links; towards the east by the Stratford-Main Trunk Railway Reserve, 2401·3 links; towards the south by part Section 24, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 941·8 links; towards the south-west generally by Section 39, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 2417·4 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26 of the said Block XIV, 1717·9 links.
Eastern portion of Section 23: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the east generally by Tokirima Road, 503·9 links, Sub. 1 of the aforesaid Section 23, 641·4 links, and again by Tokirima Road, 615·9 links, and towards the west generally by the Stratford-Main Trunk Railway, 1339·6 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/546A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Dunedin City Council (hereinafter called “the said local authority”), being desirous of raising the sum of one hundred and eighty thousand pounds (£180,000) by a loan to be known as “Waterworks Loan, 1933” (hereinafter called “the said loan”), for the purpose of augmenting the water-supply to the city by bringing in the waters of Deep Creek, has complied with the provisions of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, and it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council as required by the said Act should be given to the raising of the said loan:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising by the said local authority of the said loan
