Revoking the Additional Customs (Tariff Preference and General) Regulations, 1932.—(C. No. 105.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Customs Act, 1913, and the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Additional Customs (Tariff Preference and General) Regulations, 1932, made by Order in Council of the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the same day, at page 2753, and doth hereby order that such revocation shall take effect on the date of the publication of this order in the Gazette.

Revoking a License authorizing the Gisborne Borough Council to erect Electric Lines within the Borough of Gisborne and Portion of the Cook County.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and with the consent of the licensee, doth hereby revoke the license dated the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirteenth day of the same month, authorizing the Gisborne Borough Council to erect electric lines within the Borough of Gisborne and portion of the Cook County.

Warden under the Mining Act, 1926, appointed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section nine of the Mining Act, 1926, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, appoint fit persons to be Wardens, who shall hold office during the Governor-General’s pleasure ;
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the said section nine of the Mining Act, 1926, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Henry Morgan, Esquire,
to be a Warden, to hold and exercise the duties of such office under and subject to the provisions of the said Act during pleasure, on and from the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three,

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Captain Cosmo Moray Graham, being an officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of Commanding Officer of H.M.S. “Diomede,” is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 15th day of August, 1933.
