DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE HERBERT HACQUOIL and JOHN HACQUOIL, carrying on business at Kauru Hill as Farmers under the style of “Hacquoil Brothers,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of June, 1933.
All debts due to the said firm are to be paid to the said George Herbert Hacquoil, and all accounts owing by the said firm are to be paid by the said George Herbert Hacquoil, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit: The formation of a road for which purpose the following lands require to be taken by the Waikato County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections 22 and 23, that is to say:—
All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing thirty-two perches (more or less), being part of Lot One on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under Number 10268, and being part of Allotment Number Twelve of the Parish of Tama-here: Bounded towards the south-east by a road Three hundred and thirty-seven and two-tenths links; towards the south-west by a road Three hundred and thirty-seven and two-tenths links; towards the north-east by other part of the said Lot One, One hundred links, One hundred links, and One hundred and two and two-tenths links; towards the north by other part of the said Lot One, One hundred and two and two-tenths links; and towards the north-west by other part of the said Lot One, Ninety-nine and eight-tenths links, and One hundred links.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Waikato County Council within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business of Barristers and Solicitors hitherto carried on at Dunedin by the undersigned, JOHN RICHARD MARTIN LEMON and JOHN NICHOLSON SMITH, under the name of “Reid, Lemon, and Smith,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st July, 1933.
The said business will be henceforth carried on by the said John Richard Martin Lemon on his own account at the same address, Number 9 Dowling Street, Dunedin, under the name of “Reid and Lemon.”
The said John Nicholson Smith will carry on the practice of his profession on his own account at Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned ALEXANDER SMAILL, WILLIAM THOMSON SMAILL, and JOHN DUNCAN ROMEO SMAILL, under the name or style of “Smaill Bros.,” in the business of Dairy-farmers carried on by us in Tomahawk and Dunedin has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and the business will henceforth be carried on by the said Alexander Smaill and William Thomson Smaill in the name or style of “Smaill Bros.”
