A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a
re-entry by the AOTEA DISTRICT MAORI LAND
BOARD as lessor under memorandum of lease No. 18171, of
all that parcel of land containing 63 acres 3 roods, more or less,
being that part of Section 5, Block XV, Makotuku Survey
District, comprised in deposited plan 9287, and being part of
the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 299, folio 173
(Wellington Registry), of which MATA TE ORAITI, of
Raetihi, an Aboriginal Native, is the registered lessee, I hereby
give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at
the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Wellington, this 9th
day of August, 1933.

OF THE BOROUGH OF ASHBURTON, as lessor under memorandum

of which FREDERICK CLARK is the registered lessee, I
hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested
after the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

a new certificate of title, in favour of HENRY
BETHAL CLARENCE PARKIN, of Riverton, Confectioner,

Block II, Jacob’s River Hundred, being the land contained
in certificate of title, Vol. 105, folio 217, and evidence having
been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby
give notice that I shall issue a new certificate of title as re-
quested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within
fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in
the Gazette.

the General Assembly for leave to bring in a Bill for
passing at the next ensuing session of the General Assembly
will be made by Catherine Thomson, of Waihi. The object
of the Bill will be to declare that the said James Thomson
and Catherine Thomson shall be deemed to have been law-
fully intermarried, to legitimize the issue of the said James
Thomson and Catherine Thomson, and to enable the said
Catherine Thomson and the natural children of the said
James Thomson and Catherine Thomson to succeed to the
