NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, the 6th September, 1933, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1923, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908, and amendments.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVES.
Whangarei County.—Waipu Parish.
Lot 10 of Section S 20 : Area, 31-69 perches. Upset annual rental, £1 5s.
Lot 11 of Section S 20 : Area, 31-58 perches. Upset annual rental, £1 5s.
Sections are well situated in the centre of Waipu, level, and in grass. Soil is rich sandy loam.
Form of lease may be perused and full particulars obtained at the office of the undersigned.
