Lands temporarily reserved in the North Auckland, Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland Land Districts.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, and section seventy-one of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.

Authorizing the Southland County Council to sell Timber upon Portion of a Road in the Southland County.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by section one hundred and forty of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Southland County Council to sell or contract to sell and remove timber upon the portion of road between Sections 17 and 32, Block X, Waikawa Survey District.
As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85711, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 7th day of July, 1933.

Warrant appointing Conciliation Commissioner under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its Amendments.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by subsection four (a) and subsection six of section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby appoint
Samuel Ritchie
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, for a period of six months from the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of July, 1933.

Transport Licensing Act, 1931.—Appointment of Acting Chairman of Transport Appeal Board.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby appoint Thomas Jordan, Solicitor, of Masterton, to be Acting Chairman of the Transport Appeal Board for the purposes of the said Act during the absence from meetings of the Chairman, the Honourable Justice Francis Vernon Fraser.
