ALL persons having any claims against the above company
are required on or before 26th day of July, 1933, to send
their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or
claims to Messrs. J. W. Smeaton and Co., Public Accountants,
152 High Street, Dunedin, and if so required by notice in
writing by the Liquidator are personally or by their solicitors
to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time
and place as shall be specified in such notice; or in default
thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any dis-
tribution made before such debts or claims are so lodged or
proved.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
