NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of shareholders of the Photographic Service, Ltd., Oliphant Chambers, High Street, Auckland, held on the 25th day of May, 1933, the following special resolution was passed and was confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 14th day of June, 1933 :—

“That the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. E. H. METGE be appointed Liquidator.”
