Producers' Representatives on the New Zealand Dairy-produce Control Board appointed.—(Notice No. Ag. 3123.)

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint, in terms of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 4 of the Dairy-produce Export Control Act, 1923—
Charles Phipp Agar, Esquire,
Walter Clement Guy Green, Esquire, and
Charles Lewis Luke, Esquire,
to be representatives of producers on the New Zealand Dairy-produce Control Board established under the said Act, each such person to hold office for a period of three years from the 30th day of June, 1933.

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, 1928, as from the 1st day of June, 1933.

to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Otaki, as from the 16th day of June, 1933.
Patrick John Brady
to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Takapau, as from the 15th day of June, 1933.
John Watson
to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Hillgrove, as from the 22nd day of June, 1933.
Charles Edward Peek
to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Huiarau, as from the 22nd day of May, 1933.

I, JOHN CARADUS, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Waitara East Beach Improvement Society, Incorporated, is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
