THE undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 11 o’clock a.m. on Monday, 17th July, 1933, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.

Situated on Sloan, Clarks, and Marshman’s Roads, two miles from Ashley School, Post-office, and Railway-station, and four miles and a half from Rangiora Saleyards. Soil is of fair loam on clay formation. Small area is broken, part steep, balance terrace faces and small flats intersected by old water-course. Suitable for grazing or a holding paddock. 1. Cash: One-fifth of the purchase-money on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with title fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter.

2. If the purchaser fails to make the prescribed payment by due date, the amount (if any) already paid shall be forfeited and the contract for sale of the land shall be null and void.
