A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be
Crown land:-
A. R. P. Being Portion of Coloured on Plan.
0 0 5.3 Railway land being formerly Pink.
0 3 21.2 part Section 4 of Block 1, Pink, hatched
Awatere yellow.
Situated in Block V, Clifford Bay Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82761
(Sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above men-
tioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
June, 1933.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of
New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hawera Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road : 1 rood 3 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 2405, being part Hamua Block and
part Section 9.
Situated in Block VI, Hawera Survey District (Taranaki

the Wellington City and Suburban Highways Construc-
tion and Hutt Road Amendment Act, 1929, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby appoint the persons named in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be members on and from the first day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, of the
Wellington City and Suburban Highways Board of Control,
representing thereon the bodies described in the second column
of the Schedule hereto.

Vesting the Control of a Scenic Reserve in the Papatowai Scenic
Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery
Preservation Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby vest the control
of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto (being land
reserved under the said Act), in trust, for the purposes of
scenery preservation, as from the date of this notice until the
twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-four (unless previously altered or revoked under
the said Act), in the Papatowai Scenic Board, as constituted
by notification dated the twenty-third day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published
in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of that month.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 23, Block IV, Tautuku Survey District : Area,
208 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 9th day of June, 1933.
