A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Huiroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 16·8 perches.

Being portion of Section 3s, Ratapiko Settlement.

Situated in Block VI, Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7155.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of June, 1933.

Altering Boundaries of Netherton Drainage District, County of Hauraki Plains.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 2nd day of June, 1933.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby alter the boundaries of the Netherton Drainage District by including in such district the area of land described in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby further declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA INCLUDED IN THE NETHERTON DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that land bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the Netherton Drainage District boundary with the boundary between Sections 24 and 31, Block XI, Waihou Survey District; thence in a generally south-easterly direction by the aforesaid drainage district boundary to a point on the southern boundary of Section 33, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, distant 1350 links from the easternmost corner of that section; thence in a north-westerly direction, 2150 links, by a line parallel to the south-western boundary of Section 33 aforesaid; thence by a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 31 aforesaid, and by the north-eastern boundary of that section, to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

NETHERTON DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Waihou River in line with the northern boundary of Lot 3, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, under No. 8682; thence by the left bank of the Waihou River to its junction with the left bank of the Ngahina Canal; thence by the left bank of the said canal, and again by the left bank of the Waihou River, to its intersection by the southern boundary of Waihou West No. 4b East Block; thence by the generally southern boundary of that block and Waihou West No. 4a West Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, the western boundaries of Waihou West No. 4b West No. 2, 4d Section 1, 4e North No. 1, and 4a Blocks, to the northernmost corner of Waihou West No. 4a Block; thence by the southern boundary of Section 7,

Block XV, Waihou Survey District, and the southern and south-western boundaries of Section 3, Block XV, aforesaid; thence in a northerly direction, following a right line through Section 1, Block XV, Waihou Survey District, to a point on the northern boundary of the said Section 1, 20 chains distant from the north-western corner of Section 1 aforesaid; thence across a road and in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of Section 33, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to a point, distant 1350 links, from the easternmost corner of the said Section 33; thence along a line parallel to the south-western boundary of said Section 33, for a distance of 2150 links; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of the said Section 33; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of said Section 33 to a point, 3500 links distant, from the south-eastern corner of the said Section 33; thence north-easterly along a right line, making an angle of 90° with the eastern boundary of Section 33, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, for a distance of 800 links; thence in a north-westerly direction by a right line parallel to the eastern boundary of Section 24, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, for a distance of 3000 links; thence in a south-westerly direction along a right line, making an angle of 90° with the western boundary of Section 24, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, for a distance of 800 links, to the south-western boundary of Section 24, Block XI, Waihou Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of Section 24 aforesaid to the north-western corner of that section; thence in a south-westerly direction, following the road on the north-western boundary of Section 31, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to a point opposite the south-western boundary of Section 27, Block XI, Waihou Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction across a road, and following the south-western boundary of Section 27, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to a point midway along that boundary; thence in a north-easterly direction by a right line to a point midway along the north-eastern boundary of Section 26, Block XI, Waihou Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction, following the north-eastern boundary of Section 26, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of that section; thence in a north-easterly direction along the north-western boundary of Section 25, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of that section; thence in a westerly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections S 9, E 10, and W 10, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, to the south-western corner of the said Section W 10; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundary of Section W 10 aforesaid, across a road, and by the western boundaries of west portion of Lot 5, Tahamui Block, and the north-western boundary of Lot 4, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, under No. 5103, to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 2 on the aforesaid plan; thence across a road and by the south-western boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid; thence by the northern boundary of that lot to its intersection by the western boundary of Te Arawhakapekapeka No. 1 Block; thence by the western boundaries of Te Arawhakapekapeka Nos. 1 and 2a Blocks, the northern boundary of Te Arawhakapekapeka 2a Block, to its intersection by the western boundary of Lot 3, on a plan deposited as aforesaid, under No. 8682; thence by the western and northern boundaries of that lot, across a public road, and by the production of the northern boundary of Lot 3 aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
