  1. Paragraph 103, line 3 : Delete “ £100,” and substitute “ £90.” Line 5 : Delete “ £60,” and substitute “ £52.”
  2. Paragraph 104 : Delete “ 3s. 9d.” and “ 2s. 6d.,” and substitute respectively “ 3s.” and “ 2s.”
  3. Paragraph 105 : After the word “ while,” insert “ on short duty journeys away from the domicile established for the time being.”
  4. Paragraph 109, line 3 : Delete “ £35,” and substitute “ £31 10s.” Line 4 : Delete “ £25,” and substitute “ £22 10s.” Lines 5 and 7 : Delete “ £15,” and substitute “ £13 10s.” Line 8 : Delete “ £7 10s.,” and substitute “ £6 15s.” Add : “ An officer or other rank proceeding abroad for instruction a second or subsequent time within a period of five years of the previous occasion shall not be entitled to this allowance.”
  5. Paragraph 111 : Delete subparagraph (b).
  6. Paragraph 112 is hereby revoked, and substituted by the following :—
    “ 112. Pay and allowances at the rates from time to time specified in these regulations may, with the approval of the Minister of Defence, be granted to officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, and men of the Territorial Force, including Military Bands, and to officers on the Reserve for attendance at annual training in camps or bivouacs, at continuous courses of instruction, and, when specially approved by the Minister, for attendance at staff rides, or instructional tours, when employed on special duties or serving on Courts-martial or Courts of Inquiry, or when detailed for duty with Guards of Honour.
    “ In arriving at the amount of pay or allowances which any member of the Territorial Force may draw under the foregoing paragraph, regard may be had to the days of arrival and departure at a camp or other course of duty, and to days of leave authorized in accordance with military custom.”
  7. Paragraph 117 (a) : Delete “ Paymaster,” and substitute “ Accountant.” Delete “ Army Pay Corps,” and substitute “ Accounts Staff.” Delete the amendment published in New Zealand Gazette No. 67, of 1928.
  8. Paragraph 117 (b), line 3 : Delete “ Paymaster,” and substitute “ Accountant.”
  9. Paragraph 117 (c) : Delete “ Paymaster,” and substitute “ Accountant.” Delete “ the Army Pay Corps,” and substitute “ his staff.”
  10. Paragraph 117 (d) and (f) : Delete “ Paymaster ” wherever it occurs, and substitute “ Accountant.”
  11. Paragraph 118A is hereby revoked.
  12. Paragraph 119, line 2 : Delete “ 7s. 6d.,” and substitute “ 6s. 6d.” Line 3 : Delete “ 4s.,” and substitute “ 3s. 6d.”
  13. Paragraph 119A, line 1 : Delete “ 2s. 6d.,” and substitute “ 2s.”
  14. Paragraph 120 is hereby revoked.
  15. Paragraph 121 : Delete the words from “ an amount ” to end of paragraph, and substitute “ pay of rank for a period not exceeding four days may be paid to N.C.O.s and men so employed.”
  16. Paragraph 122, line 3 : Delete the words “ G.O.C., or, in his absence, by the C.G.S.,” and substitute “ Under-Secretary.” Line 5 : Delete “ 4s.,” and substitute “ 3s. 6d.” Line 6 : Delete “ 2s. 9d.,” and substitute “ 2s. 6d.”
  17. Paragraph 129B, line 6 : Delete “ 6s. 3d.,” and substitute “ 5s. 6d.” Line 7 : Delete “ 5s.,” and substitute “ 4s. 6d.”
  18. Paragraph 129C, line 7 : Delete “ £1,” and substitute “ 18s.” Line 8 : Delete “ 15s.,” and substitute “ 13s. 6d.”
