Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks III, VII, and VIII, Mapara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block XIII, Mapara Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land, which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further portion of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, Poro-o-tarao Section, and is not now required for such purpose), shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Waitomo County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tutamoe Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of May, 1933.

THE RIGHT HON. J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day of the same month, at page 1791, Joseph Fell, of Kohukohu (hereinafter called “the licensee,”) in which term is to be construed, unless the context requires a different construction, his executors, administrators, or assigns), was licensed to use and occupy, for a period of fourteen years, computed from the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Kohukohu, in order to erect and maintain thereon a boat slip and shed, in accordance with plans marked M.D. 2843 and M.D. 3457, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington ;
