IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named company, held on the 20th day of April, 1933, the following resolution was passed:—

“That this general meeting of shareholders, being satisfied that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is hereby decided that the company go into voluntary liquidation.”

Rowley, Gill, Hobbs, and Glen, 153-155 Featherston Street, Wellington, on Friday, the 26th day of May, 1933, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and directing by resolution how the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator are to be disposed of.
