LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional occupation license in the name of LESLIE GEORGE SCOTT, of Lower Hutt, Coach-painter, for 1 rood, more or less, being Section 2, Block XLI, Hutt Valley Settlement, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (D.P. 8745), and being all the land comprised in occupation license, Vol. 412, folio 46, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said occupation license, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional occupation license as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
