HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Settlement
Board, referred to in section four hundred and forty-two
of the Native Land Act, 1931, as modified by section seven
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1932, and in exercise of
the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit
all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule
hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of
May, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in
Council declaring that the reservation for recreation
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall
be cancelled was published in the Gazette of the fifteenth
day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two :
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before
both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions
of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of
Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the twenty-
ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
two, and the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-three, approved the proposed revocation as afore-
said :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one (b) of
section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke the reservation for recreation purposes over the
land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby declare
that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land
available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

acres 1 rood 34·72 perches, more or less.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the control of the land described in the
Schedule hereto was vested in the Pukeatua Public
Hall Board as a reserve for a public-hall site by an Order in
Council dated the seventeenth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in Gazette of the
twentieth day of that month, in pursuance of section seventeen
of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928 :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council
should be revoked :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Re-
serves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby
revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.
