1932, authorized to be raised by the Eltham Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of redeeming the Eltham Borough Council Public Hall Redemption Loan of £3,200, 1922, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven sixty-fourths (7/64ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Eltham, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
