RESOLUTION OF SHAREHOLDERS DATED 9TH JANUARY, 1933.
RESOLVED that in order to give effect to the sale of its undertaking to Amalgamated Investments (N.Z.), Ltd., that Amalgamated Investments, Ltd., be wound up voluntarily, and that THEODORE JAMES SPRY, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

THE DOMINION TYRE AND RUBBER COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the DOMINION TYRE AND RUBBER COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company held on Friday, the 13th day of January, 1933, the following resolution was passed:—
“It is resolved that it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that ALBERT COMFORT, of Wellington, Accountant, and AUDREY BASIL CROKER, of Wellington, Solicitor, be appointed joint Liquidators.”
Creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 27th day of January, 1933, to send their names, addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidators, and, if so required by notice in writing, are to come in and prove their debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1926, the undersigned Paddy’s Point Gold-mining Company, Limited, of 24 Water Street, Dunedin, Mining Company, hereby applies for a license for a water-race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 6 a.m., 22/12/32.

Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminal points: Commencing in Bungtown Creek about one mile above Glen Dhu Woolshed; thence south-westerly through Crown land held by George W. Stuart, to road from Lawrence to Waipori, one mile; thence crossing under said road and south-westerly through said Crown land, half a mile; thence south-easterly by tunnel through said Crown land and through Section 10, Block IX, Tuapeka East District (freehold of trustees of late George Matheson) half a mile; thence south-easterly through Sections 10, 6, and 7, Block IX, and Section 29, Block VI, Tuapeka East District (freehold land of trustees of late George Matheson), one mile and a half; thence by pipe-line south-westerly through said Section 29, Block VI, said district, through Crown land, Section 1A, Waitahuna Settlement No. 2 (held by Ernest Walter McKeich), through Section 75, Block V, Tuapeka East District (freehold of Peter Frederick Arnott Robertson), and through and terminating in Section 74, Block V, Tuapeka East District (freehold of applicant company) one mile and a half, and taking in strip of land 10 ft. on each side.
