Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Block I, Otokia Survey District, Taieri County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otokia Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 0·46 perches.
Being portion of Lot 10, Township of Brighton Extension No. 4, being part Section 2 of 7; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 12·76 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 2 of 7, and Lot 10, Township of Brighton Extension No. 4, being part Section 2 of 7; coloured green.
All situated in Block I, Otokia Survey District (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84895, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Forest Hill Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest No. 1639, set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, situated in Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1639, Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/5/205, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of January, 1933.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 11 perches.
Being portion of Section 47, Square 131.
Situated in Block VI, Reefton Survey District. (S.O. plan 761R.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2091, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2610, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1933.
