Additional Land near Riverton taken for the Purposes of the Western Railways.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Western Railways to take further land near Riverton, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway: Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 3 roods 20·08 perches.

Portion of Section 7, Block VI, Jacobs River Hundred, Wallace County. (S.O. 110 Rlys, red.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2333, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured violet.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1933.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Opaheke Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83477, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1933.
