SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement a total of 10 acres 0 roods 3 perches, situated in Block XXXVIII, Borough of Runanga, Block III, Cobden Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan numbered N. 6/4/17, and deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 20th day of April, 1933.

Notice bringing a Public Utility Reserve within the Operation of the Mining Act, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section twenty-five of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in this behalf enabling, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be brought within the operation of the Mining Act, 1926 ; and do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 52 acres, more or less, and being Section 3, Square 155, in Block III, Wangapeka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan numbered Mines N. 6/4/20, and deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 21st day of April, 1933.
