At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at page 363, authorizing Tudor W. Collins, of Warkworth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use certain electric lines, by deleting clause four of the Conditions thereof, and substituting the following:—
“4. GENERATING VOLTAGE.
Electrical energy shall be generated at a pressure of 32 volts between the terminals of route (a), and at a pressure of 50 volts between the terminals of route (b).”

Amending an Order in Council authorizing the Trustees of the Waipata Hall to erect Electric Lines in Portion of the Maniototo County known as the Township of Komako.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of the same month, at page 2136, authorizing the Trustees of the Waipata Hall to erect electric lines in portion of the Maniototo County known as the Township of Komako, by deleting the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
LINES adapted for supply as prescribed in these presents for the transmission of electricity: Commencing at Booth’s Garage, situated on Section 185, and proceeding thence by public roads to the Public Hall situated on part Section 195, all being situated in the Township of Komako, Block XI, Maniototo Survey District. As the said route is more particularly shown by dotted blue lines on the plan marked P.W.D. 83728, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Amended Regulations regarding the Disposal of Land acquired by the Crown under the Native Townships Act, 1910, and its Amendments.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twenty-two of the Native Townships Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend, in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto, the regulations under the said Act made and gazetted on the dates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the said regulations”).
FIRST SCHEDULE.
- Clause 9 of the said regulations is hereby amended by omitting therefrom paragraphs (c), (d), and (e), and substituting the following new paragraphs:—
(c) The license to occupy shall provide for the payment of the balance of the price in the manner prescribed in paragraphs (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h) of subsection (1) of section 6 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, with such modifications as may be necessary;
(d) The half-yearly instalments of purchase-money and of interest payable under the license shall be calculated and paid in accordance with the table in the Second Schedule to the regulations under the Land Act, 1924, made on the 11th day of October, 1926, and gazetted on the 21st day of October, 1926;
(e) Every license issued to a purchaser pursuant to the provisions of clause 9 hereof as herein amended shall be, with the necessary modifications, in the Form No. 3 in the Third Schedule to the regulations referred to in the last preceding paragraph.

Clause 13 of the said regulations is hereby amended by omitting therefrom the words “not later than the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two,” and substituting the words “during the currency of his lease.”

Clause 16 of the said regulations is hereby amended by omitting the words “not later than the 31st day of December, 1932,” wherever they occur therein, and substituting the words “during the currency of his lease.”

Clause 17 of the said regulations is hereby amended by omitting therefrom the words “not later than the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine,” and substituting the words “during the currency of his lease.”

The provisions of section 99 of the Land Act, 1924, with respect to the registration of licenses, and the provisions of section 119 of the said Act with respect to the registration of forfeitures of licenses, are hereby applied, so far as applicable, to all licenses that have been issued pursuant to the said regulations, or to section 33 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1927, or to section 25 of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, and to all licenses that may be issued hereafter pursuant to the said regulations and section 25 of the Native Purposes Act, 1931.

The Schedule to the said regulations is hereby amended by omitting therefrom the Form No. 2.
