Declaring a Portion of Railway Reserve at Blenheim to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, it is provided that in the case of any land taken, purchased, or acquired for a Government work, and not required for that purpose, the Governor-General may, on recommendation by the Minister, by Proclamation declare such land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924, and thereupon the land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 0·2 perches. Portion of Railway Reserve, Lot 24 of Section 48, Opawa, Borough of Blenheim.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2499, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks V and VI, Pihanga Survey District, and Blocks IV and VIII, Tongariro Survey District—viz., portion of the National Park—Taupo Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the National Park—Taupo Main Highway opposite Okahukura No. 1 Block, Block VI, Pihanga Survey District, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 6 miles 30 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz.: Okahukura No. 1 Block, Block VI, Pihanga Survey District; part Okahukura No. 8M 2B 3A Block, Blocks VI and V, Pihanga Survey District; part Okahukura No. 8M 2B 3B Block, Block V, Pihanga Survey District; Okahukura No. 8M 2C 2C Block, Block V, Pihanga Survey District, and Block VIII, Tongariro Survey District; Papakai No. 2 and Okahukura No. 8M 2C 2A Blocks, Block VIII, Tongariro Survey District; Okahukura Nos. 5 and 8M 2C 1 and Papakai No. 1 Blocks, Blocks VIII and IV, Tongariro Survey District; and terminating at the Te Whiaiu Stream Bridge on the said National Park—Taupo Main Highway opposite the said Papakai No. 1 Block, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams,
