CROSBY'S MIRROR COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of CROSBY'S MIRROR COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the members of the above-named company,
held at the registered office of the company, 24 Wellington
Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 7th day of April, 1933,
the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :-
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
members of this company that the company cannot, by
reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is
advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the
company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. JOHN B.
GILMORE, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and he is
hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between JAMES HAMILTON and FRANCES
CHRISTINA McNEILL, carrying on business as "Hamilton
and McNeill," of Wellington, Construction and General
Engineers, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of January,
1933, by mutual consent.
The business will be carried on by the said JAMES HAMILTON
alone, who will receive all debts due to and pay all debts
due by the partnership.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between JOHN BARBARICH and JOHN
MATUTINOVICH, carrying on business as Quarry Contractors
at Penrose, near Auckland, and also as Farmers at Waihue,
near Dargaville, under the style cr firm of "Barbarich and
Matutinovich," has been dissolved as from the 9th day of
September, 1932.

COPY of resolution passed at meeting of shareholders of
the ENGLISH PARK STADIUM Co., LTD. (a private com-
pany), 13th April, 1933.
"That is has been proved to the satisfaction of the share-
holders that the company cannot, by reason of the expiration
of the lease of English Park, continue its business, and that
it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the
company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. L. H. PETRIE

notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the
company will be held at the registered office, at 10 a.m., on
Friday, the 28th day of April, 1933, for the purpose of
receiving the Liquidator's account, showing the manner in
which the company has been wound up.

DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE OF 3½D. IN THE POUND
AS SECURITY FOR LOAN OF £250,000.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Dunedin
City Council hereby resolves as follows :--
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty thousand pounds
(£250,000) authorized to be raised by the Dunedin City Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying a
loan of that amount which matured on the first day of April,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, the said Dunedin
City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-
pence halfpenny (3½d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the City of Dunedin com-
prising the whole of such property within the boundaries of
the said city ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and payable
yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years,
or until the loan is fully paid off."
I HEREBY certify that the above is a true and correct copy of
the resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the
above-mentioned date.

BRENAN AND COMPANY, LIMITED.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of BRENAN AND COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, dated the 10th day of April,
1933, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-
named company from £20,000 to £15,000, and the minute
approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of
the company, as altered, the several particulars required by
the above statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 18th day of April, 1933. The said minute is in the
words and figures following :--
"The capital of Brenan and Company, Limited, is £15,000,
divided into 20,000 shares of 15s. each instead of £20,000
divided into 20,000 shares of £1 each. At the date of the
registration of this minute each of the 16,000 shares numbered
l to 16,000 inclusive is to be deemed to be fully paid-up, and
each of the 4,000 shares numbered 16,001 to 20,000 inclusive
is deemed to be unpaid."
