Regulations for the Control of Hairdressers’ Shops applied to Borough of Mosgiel.—(H.H. 121.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1933.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Health Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby make the regulations hereinafter set out in amendment of the Hairdressers’ (Health) Regulations, 1931 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”), made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette on the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at page 11.

REGULATIONS.

(1) THESE regulations may be cited as the Hairdressers’ (Health) Regulations Extension, 1933 (No. 2), and shall be read together with and form part of the principal regulations.
(2) The principal regulations shall be in force in the Borough of Mosgiel as from the 30th day of April, 1933.

Revoking the Declaration of Portion of a Main Highway and declaring Roads to be Main Highways.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1933.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and after the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, the portion of main highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be a main highway, and doth further declare that the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be main highways within and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 12.

Westport—Karamea.—All that portion of main highway in the Buller County declared as the Westport—Karamea Main Highway, commencing at its junction with the Little Wanganui—School Road at the south-eastern corner of Section 24, Block II, Kongahu Survey District, and proceeding generally in a northerly and westerly direction, and terminating at its junction with the Te Namu—Kongahu (Beach) Road
