to mine and carry on mining operations thereunder at a
depth anywhere below the surface of more than fifty feet:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, give notice that on
and after the date of the gazetting hereof the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall, in accordance with and subject
to the tenor of the said consent, be set apart as a reserve
for an addition to a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by
admeasurement 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being Section 7,
Block XIII, Waitahu Survey District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked N. 6/24, deposited
in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington,
and thereon edged blue.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 30th day of March, 1933.

Colonel E. H. Northcroft, D.S.O., V.D., N.Z. Army Legal
Department, to be Judge-Advocate-General. Dated Ist
March, 1933.
Lieutenant-Colonel F. L. G. West, V.D., N.Z. Army Legal
Department, to be Deputy Judge-Advocate-General, and
attached to General Headquarters. Dated 1st March, 1933.
Major W. Ivory, A.M.I.Mech.E., Royal N.Z. Artillery,
relinquishes the appointments of Inspecting Ordnance
Officer and Ordnance Mechanical Engineer, dated 9th
January, 1933, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers,
Class I (b), dated 20th March, 1933.
Major P. H. Bell, D.S.O., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the
appointment of Brigade Major, 1st N.Z. Mounted Rifles
Brigade, is appointed Brigade Major, 1st N.Z. Infantry
Brigade, and retains the appointment of Staff Officer-in-Charge, No. 4 Regimental District. Dated 21st March,
1933.
Major C. T. Gillespie, M.C., Royal N.Z. Artillery, relinquishes
the appointment of Adjutant, 1st Field Artillery Brigade,
and is appointed Staff Officer-in-Charge, No. 3 Regimental
District, and Brigade Major, 1st N.Z. Mounted Rifles
Brigade. Dated 21st March, 1933.
Captain G. Dittmer, M.C., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the
appointments of Staff Officer-in-Charge, No. 3 Regimental
District, Adjutant, 1st Battalion, The North Auckland
Regiment, and Area Officer, Area 3A, Ponsonby, and is
appointed Adjutant, 1st Battalion, The Auckland Regiment
(Countess of Ranfurly's Own). Dated 21st March, 1933.
Lieutenant H.G. Wooller, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the
appointment of Adjutant, lst Battalion, The Auckland
Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly's Own), and is appointed
Adjutant, 1st Battalion, The North Auckland Regiment,
and Area Officer, Area 3A, Ponsonby. Dated 21st March,
1933.
Lieutenant C.E. Weir, Royal N.Z. Artillery, relinquishes the
appointments of Adjutant, 3rd Composite Company, N.Z.
Army Service Corps, and Area Officer, Area 10A, Christchurch, dated 20th January, 1933, and is appointed
Adjutant, 1st Field Artillery Brigade, Auckland, dated
