Order in Council varying the Terms in respect of the Napier Harbour Board’s Loan of £20,700.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of January, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-fourth day of the same month at page 3582, consent was given to the raising by the Napier Harbour Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) of the Renewal Loan No. 15, 1932, up to the amount of twenty thousand seven hundred pounds (£20,700), subject to the condition relating to the establishment of a sinking fund therein set out, and the said sum has not yet been borrowed:

And whereas the said local authority is desirous of raising the said sum of twenty thousand seven hundred pounds (£20,700) at a rate of interest not exceeding 5⅜ per cent. and for providing for the repayment of the said loan by instalments over a period of twenty (20) years:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926 (as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2) ), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising by the said local authority of the said loan up to the amount of twenty thousand seven hundred pounds (£20,700) at such rate or rates of interest as shall not produce to the lenders a rate exceeding the rate of five pounds seven shillings and sixpence (£5 7s. 6d.) per cent. per annum upon terms of making the said sum together with interest thereon repayable by instalments extending over a period of twenty (20) years.

Order in Council changing the Name of the Hikurangi and Otonga Ridings Farmers’ Agricultural, Pastoral, and Industrial Association.—(Notice No. Ag. 3093.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of January, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1912, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the name of the society incorporated under the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, under the style and title of “The Hikurangi and Otonga Ridings Farmers’ Agricultural, Pastoral, and Industrial Association” to “The Hukerenui Agricultural and Pastoral Association.”

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of January, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Selwyn Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Selwyn Domain Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 477, Town of Orakei: Area, 1 rood 3 perches.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ohura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ohura Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTIONS 38 and 39, Block V, Ohura Survey District: Area, 1 acre 0 roods 23·3 perches.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

RESERVE 4271, Block V, Tekapo Survey District: Area, 23 acres 0 roods 23 perches.
