NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Cottrell and Lovell, Solicitors, Westport, on Thursday, the 30th day of March, 1933, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the company showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and for the purpose of passing an extraordinary resolution disposing of the books and documents of the company and of the Liquidators.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the WAITEMATA BARGING CO., LTD., a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and having its registered office at Auckland.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court of New Zealand was on the 7th day of March, 1933, presented to Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, by the Twigg Engineering Co., Ltd., a creditor of the said company, and the said petition is directed to be heard by a Judge of the said Court on the 24th day of March, 1933; and any creditor or contributory of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Kairanga County Council held on the 8th day of December, 1931, the following special order was passed and confirmed at an ordinary monthly meeting of the Council on the 19th day of January, 1932:—
That subject to the limitation of powers referred to in special order passed on the 8th November, 1921, all the powers vested in the Council under the said Acts in relation to the Fitzherbert West Water-race District be and the same are hereby delegated to the undermentioned six ratepayers of the said water-race district in the place of the six ratepayers appointed under the said special order—
