Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921-22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Gordon Gray, of the Public Trust Office, Greymouth, to be Deputy of the District Public Trustee, Greymouth, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters, and all previous appointments in this behalf are hereby revoked.

Warrant in Terms of the Motor-vehicle (Supplementary) Regulations, 1928, approving of the “Wratien’s Safety Signal” Motor-direction Indicator for Use on Motor-vehicles.
IN terms of Regulation 2 of the Motor-vehicle (Supplementary) Regulations, 1928, and the Transport Department Act, 1929, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the device known as the “Wratien’s Safety Signal” Motor-direction Indicator for fitting to and use on a motor-vehicle in terms of paragraph (b), clause (2), Regulation 12, of the Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1928; provided that and so long as the said device is fitted to a motor-vehicle so that a right-turn indication and a left-turn indication and a half-right-turn indication and a half-left-turn indication are given from approximately the same place on the off-side of the vehicle near the driver’s seat; and provided that and so long as the said device is identical in effect, make, construction, and design with the sample thereof deposited in the offices of the Transport Department at Wellington.

Classification of Streets in Paeroa Borough.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare that the streets described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Paeroa Borough, shall belong to the respective classes of streets shown in the said Schedule.

Streets classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 10 tons:—

Notification of Approval of Amended Rule, Ashburton Acclimatization Society.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 25 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I hereby notify that two copies of the amended rule made by the Ashburton Acclimatization Society on the 25th day of May, 1926, have been forwarded to me, and were approved on the 18th day of February, 1933.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of any of the said persons shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to any of the said persons (either by their own or any fictitious or assumed names) or addressed to any of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
